We met Michael and his wife Joy randomly in an Airport and we were so glad we did! Michael Bergin was so wonderful to work with on our relocation home purchase. We were tricky Buyers as we were relocating our family of 5 from Seattle Area to the Pasadena/Los Angeles Area amid a pandemic. Michael was in constant contact with us. He first shared the MLS Rentals & Purchases as we were all over the place on how to best settle into this competitive sellers’ market. Plus, we had the issue of how far your money goes in the Seattle Area vs the Los Angeles area (a shell shock for us) but Michael was patient and gave great feedback. Michael is a great listener. The house we purchased was truly special and a lot of other people thought so too. We had to compete with 12 initial offers, low list price, and no real comps in the area. Then we got down to 5 buyers where Michael game planned with us and made sure to listen to the Seller’s Agent. We won and got the house even though we were not the highest offer, but it was the strength of our offer & how we structured the deal. Michael was creative and got the deal done! We are so thankful for our little slice of heaven in the San Gabriel area!
